Accessories

We provide an extensive range of tools and accessories for all pontoon hire platforms as well as specialised bespoke additions designed and fabricated to meet individual client specifications. All safety related accessories are specified clearly in all installation specifications and discussed with the client.

All necessary and advisory accessories are held in stock. Specialised bespoke accessories are designed and manufactured by local partners which enables us to respond effectively and rapidly to the most challenging requirement.

Fender Bars

We have several styles of fender bars made from stainless, galvanised steel or aluminum with as standard heavy duty black ‘D’ rubber fender to special order non marking ‘D’ rubber. The standard fender is supplied with all our work platform hire projects.

Safety Stanchion

We supply as standard with all work platforms our side safety stanchions complete with rope rail at top and knee height, these can also take a scaffold clamped fixed rail. We can also supply a bespoke fixed barrier rail system if the need is required.

Anchoring Pins

We have various methods of anchoring or mooring our pontoon system, this anchor roller pin is used for deep water or long term hire projects, it can be used just with mooring weight and chain or more elaborate cable and roller with counter weight.

Deck Fixing Connecting Pins

We have modified connecting pins with M12 or M16 fixing bolts to enable equipment such as support plates, pumps, gantry’s etc to be securely fixed to pontoon surface.

Mooring Lifting Units

These tested mooring lifting units can be used up or down and from the side of a platform or in a connecting pin location, they have a tested lift certification of 1200kg each.

‘H’ Clamp Roller System

This mooring system is used in tidal environments where existing ‘H’ beams are located or new installed, we fabricate from 304 or 316 stainless. The fixing bar can be fabricated to fix to 2/3/4 lug locations along side of float depending on size of pontoon platform and equipment or vessels.
