We can provide training to clients personnel so that they can be competent in splitting and moving the platform assembly.
We maintain one of the largest pontoon hire stocks in the UK & Europe in order to be highly responsive to customer timescales and provide the most competitive charge rates.
Our experience enables us to work with clients through all phases of work programmes from job specification, methodologies, safety requirements, design, installation, and demobilisation so that our customers can focus on their core activities. Our total capability enables us to provide effective access solutions for safe working for most ‘work on water’ requirements, our staff are extremely skilled in their use of the system and we always find innovative solutions to difficult applications.
Split platforms
A large platform spanning a canal or river waterway can easily be split into smaller sections and removed quickly if there is a risk of rising water levels or to allow passing of boat traffic on live waterways.
With our pontoon hire service we provide a ‘Turnkey’ operation that includes:
- Help, research and advice with your pontoon design
- Site visits (when necessary)
- Delivery
- Installation
- Instruction to non Magic-Float personnel
- Full dismantling
- Return transport
Visual safety
With our orange float we can build a defined perimeter that provides both personnel and boat users with a clear visual layout of the pontoon platform, another excellent safety provision that makes our system unique.
