Our staff
Safety First
While on site our staff are required to wear hi-visibility orange PPE clothing including specialist safety helmets. Anti-glare visor protection is also a necessity in work on water environments. In addition staff wear compact design lifejackets with certification that are automatic operating and robust grip-sure safety footwear.
Our staff have over 20 years experience of working in marine technology and hazardous water environments together with extensive knowledge of management of potentially dangerous operations. Key operating staff are CSCS qualified, IPAF certified and fully NEBOSH trained. Our Health and Safety Officer has over 15 years experience of risk management and holds a number of National and International qualifications including the NEBOSH General Certificate.
Teamwork
Our assembly & installation technicians always work in a minimum of two person teams.
As a member of the senior management team he oversees all staff training, certification and attainment of any appropriate qualifications including membership of relevant associations applicable to provision of first class service.
Appropriate staff have additional specialised professional qualifications relevant to our MCA coded safety boats and professional diver services, professional transport manager role, HGV transport service and Hiab Banksman/Slinger service.
Training
Our staff support and instruct client personnel in the safe procedures for operating on the platforms and provide induction on platform dismantling in case of an on-site emergency.
